If you join today, we’ll start you off with 100 points just for signing up! This program awards you 1 point for every $1 spent at Grace, The Black Sheep, Cartecay River Brewing, or The Dogwood. What is the Ripple Rewards Program?
Ripple Rewards is our loyalty program for Grace, Black Sheep, Cartecay River Brewing Dogwood and Bigfoot Biscuit. Our guests receive 1 point for every dollar spent and for every 250 points you will receive a $25 reward.
Is there a cost to join?
No, there is no cost to join Ripple Rewards.
Can I use my rewards to purchase retail?
No, you may earn points on retail purchases but you may not redeem a reward for a retail item.
If another diner pays the check, can I still receive points on my Ripple Rewards?
We always welcome your visit to our restaurants, and we appreciate when you bring your friends and family with you. However, points are only awarded to the person who settles the bill. If the bill is split, your account will be credited for the portion you paid.
Can I add a member of my household to my Ripple Rewards account?
Our program is intended for individual use only.
What locations are included in the Ripple Rewards Program?
Grace, Black Sheep, Cartecay River Brewing Dogwood, and Bigfoot Biscuit.
Can I earn points on alcohol purchases?
Yes, members may earn points on the purchase of alcohol, but points can not be redeemed on alcohol.
Is there anything that I will not earn points on?
Gift card purchases will not earn points.
Can I receive points when I book a private party or banquet at one of your restaurants?
Yes. You can earn points for private dining events at participating restaurants, up to a maximum of 3,000 points per day. Points cannot be earned on banquet deposits.
Can I transfer or merge points to another account?
No, reward points are non-transferable.
Is there a limit on how many points I can redeem in one visit?
No, you may redeem as many rewards as you’d like.
Is there a bonus for signing up?
Yes, all loyalty members will receive a 100-point sign-up bonus.
Do my rewards or points expire?
No, your rewards and your points will not expire. Additionally, you may save your rewards until you’d like to use them.
Can I use half of my Reward?
No, the reward is for $25 off. The whole reward must be used at one time. For example, if the bill is $18, you cannot apply the $25 off. The bill must exceed the reward to redeem.
Can I add my reward to the tip for my server or bartender?
No, the reward can only be applied to the bill.
Can I earn points on a promotional item?
Yes, you may earn points on any of our promotions such as BOGO or the Winter Prefix Menu.
Can I track my points?
Yes, the Local by Toast app will allow you to track your points and your rewards. We are also able to look them up for you in-store.
Are my rewards automatically applied?
No, though your server/bartender may be aware that you are a member you will need to specify if you’d like to redeem a reward and how many you’d like to redeem.
